I've been training and teaching kettlebells since 2002. I started IronBody Fitness in January 2007 after getting laid off from corporate IT.

My primary clients are women and men in their late 30's to early 60's who want to lose weight, feel and move like they did in their 20's.

I use a combination of mobility, strength and power training to get people moving pain free.
