About Dave Randolph

I've been training and teaching kettlebells since 2002. I started IronBody Fitness in January 2007 after getting laid off from corporate IT.

I'm the author of Ultimate Olympic Weightlifting (2015), Ultimate Kettlebell Workbook (2012) and Spartan Warrior Workbook (2010). All available on Amazon.com. I've also produced several digital products for other trainers to use with their clients.

My programs are designed to increase strength and burn fat. Coupled with a solid nutrition plan my clients lose fat and typically improve their health markers such as cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
